Corn Pudding Recipe

1 6.5 oz package Betty Crocker Corn Muffin mix

1 16 oz can whole kernel corn with the liquid

1 16 oz can of cream corn

1 stick of melted butter or margarine

1 cup sour cream

2 eggs

1/4 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1/2 cup sliced green onions (optional)


Mix all ingredients until blended.  Pour into greased 9X13 baking dish.  Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until lightly browned.
